BOXABL will be providing a collection of Casitas in Bagdad, Arizona, as part of a large-scale employee-housing project for those in the Freeport-McMoRan copper mining operation.
BOXABL's first Casita in the wild was delivered and installed in Boca Chica, TX, to none other than SpaceX CEO, Elon Musk.
DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE
The Department of Defense order began production in September of 2021 and was completed April of 2022. The first Casita took about one month to complete. By the end of the project, two Casitas were being produced a day. As a result, all of the project's goals had been reached, marking one of many milestones.
LOS ANGELES
Not only is Los Angeles our neighbor to the west, but the need for affordable housing is calling. With the recent installation of two Casitas in L.A., Mayoral candidate Rick Caruso has been a huge proponent for BOXABL. The first installation was placed in a residential private property — the second near University of California, Los Angeles.

As we perfect our methods of building and installing a Casita, we continue to fine-tune the tiny home for temporary or permanent needs. Power City was a temporary installation placed in Downtown Las Vegas, near the Container park. Could a Casita Park be the next Container Park?
D.R. HORTON
D.R. Horton not only invested in BOXABL, but has partnered with us. This news became public in April 2022, but as D.R. Horton is America's Largest Home builder, we had to make a splash as their home show! We installed a temporary Casita outside of the Wynn Las Vegas, for all the attendees late September 2022.
NASCAR SOUTHPOINT 400
The Southpoint 400 was held just a block away from BOXABL Factory 1 (and soon also Factory 2). Of course we had to drop by and build a four Casita Village.
